After spending seven years in Human Resources and building a wide range of skills in administrative support across a variety of jobs, I discovered what I enjoy most—creating organization, simplifying processes, and helping businesses run more smoothly. With a specific interest in compliance, I realized I wanted to help companies grow and manage their business. I no longer want to climb the corporate ladder.
